Spring Season 2023

"I would really like to thank you so much for your time, knowledge, and inspiration, for not only my girls but for all the girls as they experiment and begin their lacrosse journey!  My daughter and her friends are definitely enjoying it so far and looking forward to the high school chapter. It's so fun to watch them all learning the sport together. They are such a sweet group of girls.  I am equally thankful for you the opportunity you have given our older daughter to coach. She is enjoying helping coach the girls and I am especially thankful for the extra ball time it is giving her as well as building her confidence with her developing lacrosse skills."  Parent testimonial

Is this training a good fit for your daughter?

Renegade Lacrosse Spring League is designed for beginner, intermediate, and early-advanced players!  Players are grouped by experience and age level.  For youth players, repetition and game experience is KEY to learning and improving!  Our environment encourages risk taking and welcomes players from all ability levels.  Practice is EXTREMELY important to experiencing success in games.  Spring League will consist of small-sided games of 6v6 for younger levels and 10v10 for older levels.  This is based off US Lacrosse developmental guidelines.  We believe a smaller space and fewer players on the field allow each player to touch the ball more and therefore increase her rate of learning and development.

If your daughter has played club, and you aren't sure if Renegade still benefits her, I encourage you to ask yourself this question:  Is my daughter absolutely crushing it at Renegade?  If so, then you should stay with club lacrosse moving forward.  If not, then we encourage her to continue to play with Renegade as well as club to provide additional practice and training time.
