Registration is live! We have two fantastic winter training opportunities:

1. Renegade Sunday League Details:
Season Dates - Sundays: December 3, 10, 17; January 7, 21, 28; February 4, 11 between 3:00-5:00 PM.
​
Sunday Lacrosse League is a fast-paced version of lacrosse played in a rink. The league is gamedays only (8 games), no weekday practices. The outdoor rink at the Victory Athletic Center is a fantastic facility with great viewing for parents and turf for playing. When you play in the rink, you don't waste time chasing ground balls, they bounce off the wall, and you work on quick reaction play! Girls love the up and down style of play that leaves them exhausted and feeling like they learned a lot. Players will warm-up and focus on 20 minutes of stick work and then play a game for remaining 40 minutes! This program is geared towards players in grades 3-9 who have at minimum 1 season of lacrosse experience.

2. Renegade Intro Clinic Series Details:

Season Dates - Wednesdays: December 6, 13; January 10, 17, 24, 31; February 7, 14 from 4:00-5:00PM at Victory Athletic Center.
​
Train with Orange County native and J-Serra Head Lacrosse Coach, Madi DeVries, in an 8-week Renegade Skills and Strategy Clinic (Wednesdays 4-5:00 PM)! Skill and strategy training will include: ground balls, cradling, catching/throwing, dodging, shooting, defensive footwork, scrimmage play...fun, fun, and more fun! This program is geared towards players in grades 2-7 who are brand new or have 1 season of lacrosse experience.
