Winter Play 2021-22

Registration OPEN for remaining Winter 2022 training dates.  Join us for the second half of winter season - gear provided and lots of learning opportunities!

Training Season - begins week of January 3, 2022!

Join an all-star Renegade staff and fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet!  Winter play opportunities will review fundamental skills and provide LOTS of game-play opportunities.  Players will receive feedback every time they step on the field.  We will become Tough, Tenacious, and Thirsty lacrosse players!

Training opportunities (there are two separate offerings below that require separate registrations):

  1. Sunday League Box Game Play @ Victory Athletic Center in San Juan Capistrano - register HERE!

Box Lacrosse is a fast-paced version of lacrosse played in a rink.  The outdoor rink at the Victory Athletic Center is a fantastic facility with great viewing for parents and turf for playing.  When you play in the rink, you don't waste time chasing ground balls, they bounce off the wall, and you work on quick reaction play!  Girls love the up and down style of play that leaves them exhausted and feeling like they learned a lot.  We hope you join us for winter box season!

Players will warm-up and play a game!  Players will be placed on a team determined by their experience level and play for approximately 60 minutes in a game slot between 3:30-4:30 PM.  Sundays, January 9, 16, 23, 30; February 6, 13

Cost:  $115 (6 game weekends remaining)

   2.  Skills & Strategy Training - Specific site registrations below (6 remaining weeks) - geared for players in grades 5-9

Train with an all star Renegade staff to improve your stick work and strategy.  This weekly one-hour training includes skill training followed by game-play and ends with stick tricks!  Girls will review fundamental skills and then immediately practice their skills in short-field and full-field game play.  We will end with stick tricks to challenge the players and give them tips on how to improve at home. Let's get tenacious!
