Sunday League Play @ Victory Athletic Center in San Juan Capistrano - Register here!
Train with fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet! Players will be divided into teams and compete week to week culminating in a round robin play-off! Play will be small-sided to maximize touches, which maximizes opportunities to learn, which increases speed of improvement! Coaches will be walking the field to teach in the moment!
**If games are not allowed per California COVID return to play protocol, we will play a mixture of distanced competitive drills and games to encourage strategic play and creativity among the girls. We will become Tough, Tenacious, and Thirsty lacrosse players!
Players will warm-up, review skills, and play a game! Players will be placed on a team determined by their age and experience level and play for approximately 60 minutes between 1:00-4:00 PM. Specific team times will be provided after registration is complete.

Designed for beginner, intermediate, and early advanced players! Players are grouped by experience and age level. We highly recommend fall play for advanced players as they age up and prepare for upcoming club lacrosse seasons! You'll improve your game by trying new skills in game situations without any risk of losing playing time. For youth, repetition and game experience is KEY.
