For this lesson with me we've got some footwork, ground balls, shooting, cradling, and DODGING!! Throughout this lesson we will take our game to the next level by combining skills together!
What you'll need this week - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
