Learn and train "combo sets" with Coach Holly
Throughout this lesson with me we will be combining different skills to simulate game like situations. We are going to be building from two or three different skills and will be going to goal a lot today. We will be working hard and competing with yourself, get ready to get moving!
What you'll need - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
