Learn and train "shooting combinations" with Coach Holly
During this lesson with me, we will focus on shooting and combination sets! We are going to be building from picking up a ground ball to shooting, dodging to shooting, and draws to shooting. A ton of combinations to help get you ready for the next time you are out on the field! Get ready because we are moving fast today!!
What you'll need this week - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
