Learn and train "defense" with Coach Holly
During this lesson with me we will be focusing on DEFENSE! We've got some footwork, ground balls, and checking. We are going to break down the shuffling motions to simulate defending a player out on the field, working to force her different directions! As always, we will end with some fun and challenging stick tricks!
What you'll need this week - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
