Learn and train "one- handed work" with Coach Holly
Throughout this lesson with me we've got some ground balls, footwork, one-handed work, building on our dodging. We will add in dodging to goal, DRAWS, and work on that triple-threat cradle position. As always, we will end with some fun and challenging stick tricks!
What you'll need this week - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
