Recieve access to Coach Hollys 6-week training series! You will recieve access to all 6 lessons with Coach Holly. Throughout the videos you will learn ground balls, tips on cradling, one- handed work, shooting, dodging, and working all these skills together for combination sets.
What you'll need this week - stick, balls, 4 cones (or cone like objects), two targets, and tennis balls or socks, and WATER!
