Season Dates - Weeks of September 11 - October 30

​

Join an all-star Renegade staff and fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet!  Fall season is open to girls in grades 3-9 at all levels of play.  Yes, high school freshmen who have yet to compete in a high school season are invited to compete!  Experienced players are encouraged to participate for extra repetitions and to help new players learn the game.  We were all new players at some point!  

 

Players participating in Fall Season will review fundamental skills and learn offensive and defensive team and individual strategy.  Girls will enjoy LOTS of game-play opportunities.  Players will receive feedback every time they step on the field.  We will become Tough, Tenacious, and Thirsty lacrosse players!

Players will train during week-day practices to prepare for weekend games!

​

Fall Season includes:

• 1 90-minute Weekday practice (8 weeks) - dates depending on practice site (see below)

• 1  Sunday game (7 weekends) VERSUS San Clemente, Aliso Niguel, and Las Flores/San Juan Capistrano Teams  - NO games weekend of October 14/15

• Games will take place @ The Victory Athletic Center.  Players will compete in ONE game per week for approximately 60 minutes (including warm-up and game) between 3:00-6:00 PM on Sundays (September 17, 24; October 1, 8, 22, 29; November 5)

San Clemente - Practice Wednesdays, September 13, 20, 27; October 4, 11, 18, 25; November 1 from 4:30-6:00 PM tentatively @ San Clemente Upper Campus -Registration Closed!

Teams/Coaching:

Players will compete in games depending on their grade and experience levels:

• Grades 3-5 teams  

• Grades 5-7 teams 

• Grades 7-9 teams

Coaches include local high school coaches and high school players...the same players that stood in your shoes five or seven years ago!

Is this training a good fit for your daughter?

Renegade Lacrosse Fall League is designed for beginner, intermediate, and early-advanced players!  Players are grouped by experience and age level.  For youth players, repetition and game experience is KEY to learning and improving!  Our environment encourages risk taking and welcomes players from all ability levels.  Practice is EXTREMELY important to experiencing success in games.

If your daughter has played club, and you aren't sure if Renegade still benefits her, I encourage you to ask yourself this question:  Is my daughter absolutely crushing it at Renegade?  If so, then you should stay with club lacrosse moving forward.  If not, then we encourage her to continue to play with Renegade as well as club to provide additional practice and training time.
